Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic oversight for end-to-end planning (business planning, buying, allocation) for ROA markets, including building sales plans and seasonal OTB/buy plans.
  • •Drive critical business decisions impacting P&L, including buy decisions, markdown plans, and inventory flow.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with regional merchant and sales teams to align product offer with market demand and land brand/product strategy locally.
  • •Manage in-season planning execution by overseeing markdown and discount strategies, and monitoring product launches, lifecycle, sell-through, and delivery status.
  • •Set merchandising strategies and execution roadmaps for travel retail store concepts and rollouts, including range, stock/sales densities, and inventory-day optimization; coach and develop the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead end-to-end ROA planning, including OTB and forecast management tied to product strategy and financial goals.
  • •Partner with merchandising and finance to build and execute franchise/new product lifecycle strategies and maintain forecast accuracy.
  • •Oversee in-season management including markdown/discount strategies, launch plan monitoring, and sell-through/delivery tracking.
  • •Bring retail and product expertise across key Asia markets and strong knowledge of style/design/color drivers of best/worst sellers.
  • •Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills, including the ability to coach and develop teams.
