Job Summary

Provide strategic end-to-end planning for the ROA travel retail market, including sales plans, seasonal OTB and buy plans, and in-season inventory allocation. Lead forecasting accuracy, oversee markdown/discount strategies, and monitor product launch lifecycle and in-store delivery. Partner with regional merchant and sales teams to connect product strategy to market demand, and support APAC travel retail cross-brand initiatives with deep buying and merchandising expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead ROA end-to-end planning, finalizing buys tied to product strategy and financial goals, with balanced exit plans.
•Drive financial forecast accuracy by partnering with Finance to provide visibility on revenue/margin vs targets.
•Oversee in-season management including markdown and discount strategies aligned to commercial leads and financial targets.
•Monitor in-season product launch plans, lifecycle, sell-through, and delivery status, driving actions for proper store landing.
•Set travel retail merchandising strategy and execution: define cross-brand merchandising vision, oversee planning/buying/allocations, and support execution with retail transformation and operations teams.

Key Requirements

•Retail and product expertise in key Asia markets.
•Knowledge and intuition of the style, design, and color characteristics of best and worst sellers.
•Working knowledge of a P&L and ability to understand revenue/margin trajectory vs targets.
•Ability to identify fashion trends and understand customer needs.
•Solid organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including coaching and developing teams.
