Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Manage store operational execution: shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery and replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and constant feedback to drive growth.
