HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

Partner with employees, managers, and leaders on employee relations, performance management, and core HR guidance. Drive people strategies that retain talent through workforce analytics, organizational optimization, leadership development, and HR recommendations. Collaborate with HR functional teams to optimize recruiting, training, compensation, and benefits programs, while counseling stakeholders on policies and applicable regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality, manage HR transactions, and support internal mobility and exit interview insights.
