Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored fashion recommendations. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools (including social selling/short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily retail operations including transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and asset protection while collaborating with the team.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and keeping the sales floor/stockroom organized and stocked.

Key Requirements

•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak periods, public holidays).
