•Prepare and monitor quarterly business plans aligned with retail targets, marketing calendars, and launches.
•Maintain best-in-class operational processes, housekeeping, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
•Collaborate with partner agencies and store management to manage budgets, staffing, and performance for key trading periods.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years experience in managing a luxury beauty business and large teams.
•Proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams with a results-driven mindset.
•Strong commercial acumen with ability to deliver KPIs, productivity, and growth.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
•Proficient IT skills including Outlook and MS Office.
