Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently oversee the end-to-end ordering process for European (multi-market) suppliers, ensuring ingredient delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • •Manage shortages and drive order accuracy while maintaining high OTIFIQ performance and reducing error rates and food waste.
  • •Act as the operational point of contact between suppliers and internal teams (production, product, FSQA) for planning activities, enablement, performance tracking, and substitutions.
  • •Own KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, implement preventive actions, and present results in WBRs.
  • •Initiate and manage larger-scale end-to-end projects and implement practical continuous-improvement initiatives to refine supply chain workflows.
