Provide an industry-leading client experience in person and by phone while building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Advise clients on deposit, credit, and consumer lending options through consultative conversations, meeting both individual and branch sales targets. Support sales processes, refer more complex needs to internal specialists, participate in leadership routines, and cross-train for teller duties while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
