Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead global engineering strategy, ensuring alignment to supply chain objectives, safety requirements, and sustainability goals.
  • •Own and govern the global automation and “Plant of the Future” roadmap, including major capital investments and technology deployments.
  • •Establish and enforce global engineering standards, safety protocols, and best practices across regions and sites.
  • •Lead and inspire a diverse multinational engineering organization, including succession pipelines and capability uplift programmes.
  • •Provide governance over the global engineering portfolio with demand intake, prioritisation, and ROI-focused investment decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or related discipline).
  • •Significant senior leadership experience in engineering within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • •Proven delivery of large-scale, global engineering and automation programmes, including capital-intensive projects and technology transformations.
  • •Demonstrated success leading large, multi-site, multicultural engineering teams across international operations.
  • •Strong experience establishing global governance, engineering standards, and operating models within complex regulatory environments.
