Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and conduct ethics and compliance investigations in the region, including planning, interviews, evidence review, documentation, and report writing.
  • •Ensure investigations follow Albemarle procedures and global investigation standards while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with business areas to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Manage the case management system, ensuring proper intake, classification, documentation, and closure of cases.
  • •Support the ethics & compliance program with reporting to senior leadership and the Board, risk evaluations, audit assistance, and training/communications.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •University degree required in Law or Certified Public Accounting (Contador Auditor).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate investigations within a multinational company, audit firm, or consultancy.
  • •Experience preparing compliance communications and delivering training.
  • •Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance controls.
  • •Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), assessed during interviews.
