Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and orchestrate cross-boundary decisions so backend live telemetry and dashboards integrate reliably, with data pipelines feeding the knowledge graph.
  • •Develop and coordinate multi-agent AI for domain-specific technical queries and ensure backend model outputs are consumable by frontend visualizations.
  • •Enforce code and quality standards across the stack, including API design reviews (FastAPI), component architecture, and data pipeline quality gates.
  • •Drive reliability and debugging guidance for connectivity between cloud and on-prem and for concurrency in distributed streaming systems.
  • •Lead the team through code reviews and mentoring, translating high-level product requirements into technical tasks (ADO) for the squad.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading technical teams.
  • •Deep proficiency in Python backend development.
  • •Strong understanding of frontend complexity for SPA architecture and async data loading.
  • •Experience with data-intensive applications (ETL, streams, or data lakes).
  • •Familiarity with DevOps/cloud concepts including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD; advanced English communication skills.
