Support customers in French before and after the sale by processing orders and billing, preparing customer correspondence, and addressing questions and claims (non-disputes). Maintain positive customer relationships, clear backlogs, and use O2C knowledge to manage day-to-day order/billing/PR processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely customer resolutions and collaborate with the dispute team when needed.
