Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead automotive software development across multiple engineering teams related to ADAS/Autonomy features.
  • •Work with engineering leads to define product/roadmaps, develop schedules, and drive execution and tracking.
  • •Coordinate release content and efforts with multiple program managers and engineering managers owning individual components.
  • •Establish metrics to assess and improve product quality and execution.
  • •Communicate program status, key issues, and technical challenges to management and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years in a similar or related technical program role.
  • •Experience planning and executing complex software engineering projects and delivering new products/features to users.
  • •Proven experience in Automotive, Robotics and/or AI.
  • •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate on global projects across large organizations.
  • •Ability to provide end-to-end leadership for ADAS, autonomous vehicles, and/or machine learning initiatives.
