Key Requirements

  • •Experience and ability to understand and apply complex workforce planning systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • •Experience with rostering systems including WorkforcePlus and GroundStar Rostering (highly desirable).
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus Power BI and/or BI reporting skills.
  • •Demonstrated capability to improve roster efficiency and utilisation within a complex organisation.
  • •Experience in change management, process design, and continuous improvement programs (highly desirable).
