Job Summary

Director overseeing optimization and analytics for the Mastercard Move portfolio (NAM). Key Responsibilities

•Identify, prioritize and structure optimization or cross-sell opportunities among existing XBS and Send customers.
•Partner with business development leads to develop and execute on optimization or cross sell proposals. Responsible for optimization KPIs.
•Oversee portfolio tracking and analytics, production of reporting and dashboards to inform product strategy and management. Support financial projections and planning.
•Support strategic projects involving XBS, Send and other.
•Collaborate across groups such as account managers, finance, Product Architects, global and regional product teams, legal and Biz Ops to realize opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,000 - 318,000 annually

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead customer-facing conversations and demonstrate executive presence.
•Strong influencing skills across all levels and experience in people leadership and matrix collaboration.
