Job Summary

Help drive a zero-waste and resource-recovery program by training for and joining the Zero Waste crew during show and non-show days. Sort waste into recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials; maintain a clean sorting area; and support pre-/post-show operations. Educate both fans and venue staff while capturing on-the-ground observations to improve circularity and support the Venue Sustainability Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in Zero Waste crew onboarding and training.
•Assist with mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
•Work show days and non-show days to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
•Relay on-the-ground observations to guide improvements and program development.
•Support educational efforts for venue crew members and fans and assist with post-show pick and area cleanliness.

Key Requirements

•Participate in Zero Waste crew onboarding and training.
•Ability to spend extended time walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting/carrying 50+ lbs, with most time spent sorting materials.
•Be comfortable with unpleasant odors and getting dirty.
•Work outdoors in variable weather and manage time to arrive on time and work late hours.
•Pass a required pre-employment background check.
