Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap, backlog, and standards for PC, Mac, mobile and VDI management.
  • •Drive modern management capabilities including zero-touch provisioning and patch compliance.
  • •Govern Kyndryl device operations and approve configuration changes; retain accountability for service delivery.
  • •Define and govern device security baselines in partnership with Cyber Security.
  • •Define service outcomes, standards and SLAs, manage platform health/compliance reporting, and approve partner-delivered changes before production.

Key Requirements

  • •Own product/service delivery for endpoint management (PC, Mac, mobile, VDI).
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Intune, Iru, Autopilot and VDI, including device security and compliance.
  • •Experience managing third-party/managed services against SLAs, including vendor governance.
  • •Ability to own a prioritized backlog and manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • •Relevant certifications and/or degree, or equivalent experience.
