Key Responsibilities

•Recruit, hire, and develop new solutions engineers and coach them on providing technical expertise to customers through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and POVs
•Partner with Sales Leaders to create a strategic GTM plan for the Eastern US region with clear deliverables, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business outcomes
•Be a key member of the Eastern US leadership team with ownership of all pre-sales aspects of the business for the region
•Participate in success execution as both a player and a coach, performing account activities including opportunity coaching, account strategy, and technical executive sponsorship
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Product & Engineering, and Partnerships to create a consistent and scalable customer journey

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 270,000 - 285,000 annually

•Strong technical background in automation, security, and traditional integration technologies
•Hands-on experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales
