Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support spare part management improvement activities with cross-functional teams to achieve site strategy goals for Cost/Scale/Quality/Cycle Time (Speed).
  • •Provide technical consulting and hands-on support to create/identify solutions, troubleshoot existing ones, and deploy new solutions.
  • •Monitor and communicate progress to partners.
  • •Conduct discussions with global/other sites and domestic/international suppliers.
  • •Collaborate with the Global Bench team and local suppliers to expand in-house/domestic repairs and improve in-house repair rate at F15 Bench.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
  • •English communication skills, including willingness to learn English.
