Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end contracting needs for US-based business units from intake through requirements review, approvals, negotiation, execution, and closeout.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to align contracting approach with category and procurement guidance and support compliant third-party engagement under AEMP10.
  • •Conduct supplier, spend, and business requirement analysis to support commercial decision-making, value creation, cost optimization, and process improvements.
  • •Manage third-party lifecycle management requirements, including supplier risk assessments, approvals, and policy compliance across the contracting lifecycle.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and execute SOWs, MSAs, and other commercial agreements; coordinate approvals and resolve contractual issues to drive timely execution milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Law, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • •5-7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier contract management, or commercial contracting within a large organization.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including SOWs and MSAs.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
  • •Experience working with supplier risk management and third-party governance processes is preferred.
