  • •Manage stakeholders and resources across the full project lifecycle; ensure shared understanding of deliverables.
  • •Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; report status using KPIs, cost, timing, and staffing.
  • •Perform risk management, troubleshoot and remove obstacles, manage changes to scope/schedule/cost, and maintain project documentation.
