Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage group members with personal responsibility for employees.
  • •Develop the business by securing competence supply and creating/maintaining customer relationships.
  • •Support sales and tender activities related to the group’s work.
  • •Work actively in customer assignments as assignment owner, project manager, technical responsible, or senior consultant.
  • •Collaborate with other leaders and People Leads to create an environment characterized by trust and ideas.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a university engineering degree (högskoleingenjörsexamen) or equivalent education with a focus on civil construction.
  • •Experience as a consultant, contractor, project manager, or similar role within bridge and civil structure construction.
  • •Strong ability to lead and distribute tasks within a project team.
  • •Structured, engaged, and business-driven working style with clear communication.
  • •Very good Swedish language skills; good English skills as work in English occurs.
