Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform tests and inspections including program preparation, system function checks, earth connection inspections, continuity tests, ground test inspection, start of operation, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • •Enter and document measured values in the SAP system and record related test/inspection results.
  • •Install and produce electrical components at the station per order, including collecting, reading, comparing, and setting up components.
  • •Prepare electrical components per work order by marking, preparing, laying, connecting, assembling, bundling, painting, and soldering parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
  • •Adapt, torque, and secure electrical components (e.g., equipment panels and printed circuit boards) and sequence work to ensure results are achieved.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of aviation production experience or an equivalent field (e.g., shipbuilding, heavy machinery, automotive manufacturing, military aviation, or MRO aviation).
  • •Hands-on ability to install and produce electrical components per work orders, including marking, laying, connecting, assembling, bundling, painting, and soldering.
  • •Ability to perform tests and inspections (program preparation, system function checks, earth connection inspections, continuity tests, and ground test inspection).
