Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the ESG compliance program, including CSRD and other climate disclosure regimes and reporting calendars.
  • •Own policy lifecycle management (drafting, maintenance, version control, and global rollout) and ensure consistent adoption.
  • •Run compliance operations cadence, including compliance training design/delivery, attestations, and reporting schedules.
  • •Oversee anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance, including third-party and channel partner risk.
  • •Lead sanctions and export control compliance, including third-party screening, KYC due diligence, and monitoring across jurisdictions.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years executing, managing, or developing a global compliance program.
  • •End-to-end experience running a global ESG/CSRD reporting program, including GHG Protocol and third-party ESG ratings.
  • •Experience advising on compliance in a technology, SaaS, or software context.
  • •Strong interest and capability in compliance and risk management with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
  • •Excellent English written and verbal communication and ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, multi-jurisdictional environment.
