Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Order parts and complete accurate paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Use technology (laptops/tablets) comfortably and assist with faster, data-driven diagnostics across many makes/models.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts, and help train lower-level technicians as needed.

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and bring advanced mechanical aptitude.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.

  • •Provide superior customer service with strong teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
