Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Mintlayer’s tokenization strategy across real estate, healthcare, AI deep tech, and defense asset classes.
  • •Translate institutional issuer requirements into protocol-level product specifications for MWS and Token Factory.
  • •Partner with Head of Legal to ensure tokenized asset structures comply with ADGM, MiCA, and issuer jurisdiction frameworks.
  • •Develop MWS product positioning and a commercial pricing model for tokenized asset issuance.
  • •Advise on tokenized fund structure options and represent Mintlayer at institutional finance and RWA industry events.

Key Requirements
