Lead the translation of brand strategy into impactful DTC retail experiences across EMEA. Own the EMEA Retail Marketing & Activation strategy, seasonal campaign planning, and omnichannel consumer journeys integrating store design, visual merchandising, CRM, loyalty, and product storytelling. Drive in-store activations and localized storytelling to strengthen brand equity and conversion, manage creative development with agencies/vendors, and measure performance to optimize ROI while leading and inspiring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the EMEA Retail Marketing & Activation strategy aligned to global brand direction and regional priorities across DTC retail formats.
•Lead store environments including creative/production, visual merchandising, store design, and retail activation teams, providing guidelines for consistent execution.
•Own the seasonal retail marketing & activation plan and calendar within the GTM process for campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
•Create consumer journeys by integrating retail marketing, store design, visual merchandising, CRM, loyalty, and product storytelling across physical and digital touchpoints.
•Manage creative development and production processes with internal teams, agencies, and vendors; lead team and manage retail marketing and activation budgets while optimizing performance using consumer/traffic/sales insights.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in retail marketing, retail activation, or consumer marketing in a DTC or fashion/lifestyle/outdoor/sporting goods environment, with proven people management experience.
•Strong strategic and commercial acumen to translate brand priorities into retail experiences that drive engagement and business performance.
•Deep understanding of retail marketing, visual merchandising, store design, consumer experience, product storytelling, and omnichannel retail dynamics, including CRM and loyalty programs.
•Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional, regional, and global teams.
•Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, creative production, and complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
