Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary SME for fraud protection solutions throughout the sales cycle.
  • •Run product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and workshops to showcase fraud detection and prevention capabilities.
  • •Coordinate pre-sales activities and prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and compliance documentation.
  • •Design and refine solution implementation architecture with customers, ensuring alignment with technical and business needs.
