Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead endpoint management for a growing macOS fleet, including zero-touch provisioning and accurate hardware inventory.
  • •Implement device trust using enterprise tools such as Jamf and Okta, and deploy device health assurance protocols.
  • •Administer and optimize SSO; partner to roll out privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
  • •Architect and deploy IAM workflows to automate cross-department processes, and develop plans to implement an RPA platform.
  • •Serve as Tier 2 escalation for complex IT issues and participate in an on-call rotation to triage and resolve urgent system-critical problems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 124,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator, IT Engineer, or senior escalation-level IT support role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • •Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals, including Zero Trust concepts.
  • •Experience configuring Okta SSO, managing user lifecycle, and using Workflows for advanced automation.
  • •Enterprise macOS endpoint and administration experience, with Jamf strongly preferred.
  • •Design and implement repeatable AI-enabled workflows that remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
