Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively audit workflows across teams to identify and prioritize the highest-impact automation and AI opportunities, translating pain points into an ROI-focused roadmap.
  • •Design and deploy AI-powered agents, apps, and workflows using a mix of code/no-code tools, owning solutions end-to-end from prototype to production.
  • •Partner with teams to drive an AI-first culture by running enablement sessions, creating documentation, and building internal champions.
  • •Define success metrics, track performance and adoption, demonstrate business impact, and iterate based on data and feedback.
  • •Develop AI foundation primitives such as documentation, skill/agent libraries, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep and demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and accelerate work, including taking ambiguous problems to working solutions.
  • •Strong technical fluency with low-code/no-code tooling, development tools (Claude Code, Cursor), SQL/BI tools, APIs, scripting, and integrations.
  • •Ability to partner with teams as an analytical and empathetic problem-solver—using data to prioritize and measure impact.
  • •Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specs.
  • •3–6 years of experience in product management, product ops, forward deployed/solutions engineering, technical program management, or a similar technical problem-solving role.
