  • •Plan, shoot, and produce long-form brand video features across interview, documentary, and behind-the-scenes formats.
  • •Cover brand events and pop-ups, turning same-day footage into publishable content.
  • •Concept and script video ideas alongside the content team, and direct creative from brief to final delivery.
  • •Manage logistics end-to-end for production and oversee post-production through final delivery.
  • •Build lightweight systems for briefing, production, and asset management, including a raw footage and b-roll library.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years in video production or creative production with hands-on experience shooting, lighting, directing, and editing
  • •Strong portfolio across short-form social, brand storytelling, and/or ad creative
  • •Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent to move from shoot to final cut independently
  • •Experience shooting and directing non-professional talent (founders, instructors, real people)
  • •Comfort being the only full-time production person and managing/briefing external freelancers to a high quality bar
