Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on changing shift schedules per duty roaster and perform plant rounding every shift to report abnormalities.
  • •Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance per PM schedule and CMMS, including work order repairs and inspections.
  • •Respond to emergency breakdowns in the plant.
  • •Maintain maintenance workshop cleanliness per GMP standards and ensure mechanical spare parts are recorded, including scheduled stock takes.
  • •Prepare and record daily activities in the daily log book and CMMS while following safety, GMP, environmental, and regulatory requirements (including LOTO and confined space protocols).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Professional Certificate/Diploma in a related field.
  • •At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • •Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to PM schedules and CMMS.
  • •Familiarity with safety and GMP practices, including mechanical codes and regulatory requirements.
  • •Comfort working safely, following lock out-tag out and confined space protocols.
