Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain training assets that support sales onboarding with their use of the MSI product suite, including instructor guides, student workbooks, PowerPoints, and online assets.
•Write effective instructional content for a variety of deliverables, including lesson plans, guides, online content, and more.
•Follow a scalable and repeatable process in the scoping, creation, and maintenance of content.
•Utilize multimedia elements, simulations, and assessments to enhance learning materials.
•Manage and monitor training assets and courses in the LMS.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 70,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years designing and developing training content or related experience.
•Knowledge of ILT and OLT learning design and development models, adult learning principles, and delivery methods.
•Strong aptitude to learn new technology quickly and convey complex concepts clearly to a broad audience.
•Certification in education, adult education, communications, instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum studies, or a related field.
•Experience supporting a sales organization or onboarding program.
