Job Summary

Provide pre-sales support to prospective clients and existing customers by translating Financial Services needs into Workiva Financial Reporting solutions. Lead discovery, product demonstrations, process assessments, and proof-of-concept work to validate requirements and drive value-based business cases. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to support account plans and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success, including coaching peers when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute the pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners through virtual and onsite meetings, including discovery and demonstrations.
•Develop expertise in Workiva Financial Reporting solutions and map Financial Services use cases to platform capabilities.
•Translate Financial Services industry needs into Workiva solutions, including building and presenting partner-specific business cases.
•Conduct process assessments and build proofs of concept to validate requirements and demonstrate value.
•Support onboarding and long-term success by partnering with implementation partners and Workiva Client Services, working cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 156,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years with a Master’s degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
•Financial Services industry knowledge in banking, insurance, or asset management, including strong aptitude for financial services workflows, regulations, and use cases.
•Experience presenting to business or IT managers and executives.
•Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures, plus connectivity and integration (API).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with self-motivation and a continuous-improvement mindset.
