Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the U.S. growth strategy for E&E Oil & Gas client accounts using market trends, regulatory drivers, and client priorities.
  • •Partner with Client Account Managers to identify and execute organic growth opportunities across E&E services (e.g., compliance, assessment/remediation, OM&M, asset retirement).
  • •Be accountable for supporting $100M+ net funding goals for 2027, including go/no-go decisions, capture strategies, and disciplined pipeline management.
  • •Collaborate with proposal and marketing teams to shape win strategies, including positioning, differentiation, and value proposition development.
  • •Provide mentorship and coaching to Client Account Managers and emerging growth leaders while promoting a One WSP client experience through cross-business collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, environmental, engineering, or business field.
  • •12+ years of experience in the environmental consulting industry.
  • •Proven experience enabling or leading large-scale business development programs (>$100M annually) for industrial or commercial clients.
  • •Strong knowledge of E&E consulting services, delivery models, and regulatory environments.
  • •Demonstrated success leading through influence in matrixed organizations with strong communication and organizational skills.
