Key Responsibilities

•Lead company-wide Job Architecture development, including leveling, competencies, and career pathing to support a growing global workforce.
•Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of HR programs including Performance Reviews (goal setting, mid-year, year-end), Rewards and Recognition, and Employee Engagement strategy.
•Systematically integrate Mission, Vision, and Values into the employee journey from performance competencies to recognition and exit insights.
•Design and implement strategies for smooth adoption of new programs; develop communications and training materials for key stakeholders; foster cross-functional partnerships.
•Lead ad-hoc efforts such as internal mobility frameworks, global policy implementation, and rollout of new employee-facing resources.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years in HR with a heavy emphasis on Program/Project Management; experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Generalist preferred.
