Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, architect, develop, and release enterprise Modern Workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • •Collaborate with other developers, designers, and architects to ensure configurations and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
  • •Directly engage with high-profile clients across markets to understand needs and present KPI-aligned solutions.
  • •Mentor and act as a focal point for junior team members, guiding their growth and supporting their development.
  • •Pursue ongoing technical skill development with relevant certifications and adopt delivery methodologies for AI-enabled project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Mid-to advanced application development skills and experience delivering complex code and application components
  • •Experience designing and managing software solutions on the Microsoft stack (C#, ReactJS, Power Apps Canvas & Model-Driven, Copilot Studio, asp.net web forms, Azure Functions and Logic Apps, SPFx framework, SharePoint)
  • •Knowledge of ALM processes and implementing pipelines in DevOps or GitHub Enterprise
  • •Ability to understand client processes, translate them into technical requirements, and communicate effectively
  • •Strong teamwork and ability to work independently when needed, with excellent verbal and written communication (English)
