Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, evaluate, and manage sanctions and AML risks to enable sustainable business growth.
  • •Advise on higher-risk transactions and help shepherd preparation and submission of higher-risk licenses as needed.
  • •Enhance trade controls, including policies, procedures, and screening protocols, aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • •Stay updated on trade laws and regulations, assess and calibrate program response, and communicate business impacts.
  • •Support audits/testing, risk assessments, training, and investigations related to sanctions and AML compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (JD).
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in a law department, preferably in a multi-national company, law firm, or government agency.

  • •Knowledge of compliance IT and digital systems, including ERP software systems such as SAP, GTS, and Salesforce.
