Assistant General Counsel, Sanctions

Serve as a trusted advisor for the company’s U.S. sanctions compliance program, supporting an effective sanctions/AML framework across the business. Reporting to the Vice President and General Counsel, you will assess sanctions and AML risks, advise on higher-risk transactions and licenses, enhance trade controls and screening protocols, and stay current on regulatory changes. You’ll also support audits, investigations, and internal trainings while partnering with Export, AML, and CFIUS teams.
