Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business and technical growth of the local deep foundations practice, regionally and nationally.
  • •Develop and drive deep foundation strategies with specialists and market leaders.
  • •Guide multidisciplinary teams through full project life cycles from early engagement to completion.
  • •Prepare and lead geotechnical studies and engineering reports that influence design outcomes.
  • •Oversee geotechnical investigations, procurement, contractor evaluations, and execution, including seismic assessments, settlement, slope stability, and construction considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Civil or Geological Engineering.
  • •Registration as a P.Eng. with EGBC or eligibility to register.
  • •15+ years of geotechnical or geomechanics experience, including 5+ years in deep foundations.
  • •Expertise with deep foundation and geotechnical software including Ensoft, Pile Dynamics, GeoStudio, and Rocscience.
  • •Proven ability to evaluate complex geotechnical analyses and provide high-quality technical direction.
