Engineering Manager - Ads Measurement

Lead the Ads Measurement team by building and scaling systems that help Netflix advertisers quantify campaign outcomes. You’ll manage and grow high-performing engineers, drive fast execution with minimal process, and partner across technology, operations, and business stakeholders. The work includes causal inference and attribution, end-to-end experimentation frameworks, and scalable data pipelines and measurement APIs, balancing measurement precision with privacy constraints and advertiser reporting needs.
