Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise terminal management on progress toward objectives and recommend strategies for adjustments.
  • •Ensure departmental production objectives are met in alignment with EHS, customer requirements, and quality standards.
  • •Develop, instruct, motivate, and discipline the workforce in compliance with Kinder Morgan standards.
  • •Implement and support SQE (Safety, Quality and environmental) initiatives, training curriculum, and site-specific procedures.
  • •Assist with regulatory compliance, audit readiness, permits, terminal inspections, and maintain terminal records and documentation.
