Job Summary

Lead the design, configuration, and administration of mission-critical ServiceNow and related enterprise IT service management tools. Serve as the ServiceNow technical SME, handling system administration, configuration, enhancements, upgrades, patching, and compliance with FedRAMP and cybersecurity policies. Support integrations and performance with enterprise monitoring/endpoint tools, develop workflows and dashboards, coordinate requirements with stakeholders, and assist with QA/UAT and user training in a hybrid Washington, DC environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, aligned to USSS mission requirements.
•Provide ServiceNow system administration, enhancements, and configuration across ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Portal).
•Support integration and performance of enterprise monitoring and automation tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, Tanium, SCCM).
•Manage ServiceNow upgrades and patching cycles while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and FedRAMP standards.
•Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, reports, dashboards, automated processes, and support QA/UAT plus mentoring and documentation for users.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of enterprise IT support focused on ServiceNow administration and configuration.
•5+ years supporting or integrating enterprise tools (e.g., monitoring, endpoint management, automation platforms).
•ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, and CAD preferred.
•Demonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow best practices in federal environments.
•Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise ITSM/ITOM principles.
