Billing & Collection Specialist - India

Own day-to-day client billing and collections for a private markets platform, reviewing contracts, preparing accurate invoices, and maintaining customer master data. You’ll manage collections follow-ups, ensure service level agreements are met, and escalate billing issues through defined processes. Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Fund Administration to resolve delinquent accounts and clarify contract terms. Use AI tools to improve productivity and reduce billing errors.
