Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, Expenses), troubleshooting and resolving ERP issues and escalating complex matters.
  • •Provide user support, training, and documentation for Finance and Procurement teams, including system health checks, patches, upgrades, and incident investigations.
  • •Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to analyze business processes, translate requirements into ERP workflows/specifications, and support month-end and year-end close optimization.
  • •Configure ERP for VAT compliance and reporting needs, support UAT testing and rollout of enhancements, and maintain configuration documentation under change management.
  • •Build and maintain audit-ready financial dashboards and reports (OTBI, Smart View, BI Publisher), and ensure governance, segregation of duties, and compliance across UAE VAT, IFRS, SOX, HIPAA, and JCI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • •Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules within enterprise or healthcare environments.
  • •Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, and Expenses.
  • •Knowledge of financial accounting, UAE VAT, and IFRS standards, including hospital finance operations.
  • •Experience building and supporting ERP reporting using OTBI, Smart View, and BI Publisher.
