Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with tool-install contractors to execute equipment hookup for new, conversion, unhooking, and relocation tools.
  • •Coordinate with Fab equipment owners to facilitate utilities release and update tool release status.
  • •Follow safety and environmental procedures, including EHS risk assessment, safe work procedures, and permit to work systems.
  • •Conduct area walks and coordinate with peers and vendors, communicating relevant information clearly and respectfully.
  • •Troubleshoot tool-related utilities and cleanroom systems; perform utilities turn-on, exhaust test and balancing, and utilities measurement for tracking and flowrate monitoring.
