Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
  • •Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
  • •Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across motion outputs, elevating design quality through experimentation and storytelling.
  • •Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence, and troubleshoot animation/rendering/VFX issues.
  • •Collaborate across Creative, Marketing, and Product teams; mentor junior motion designers and coordinate with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, with Cinema 4D and/or Blender as a plus.
  • •Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
  • •Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes.
