Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and evolution of secure, scalable software and cloud infrastructure for the Xtime Catalog & Quoting product family. You’ll work on Java/Spring Boot on AWS EKS with Oracle/Aurora persistence, drive architectural standards, evaluate new technologies, mentor engineers, and lead modernization across catalogs and quoting services to enable high-throughput pricing and integrations.

•Define architectural standards, tools, and methodologies to ensure technical consistency, scalability, and quality

•Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to simplify and integrate products
•Develop Software Engineering governance and performance-management processes and mentor engineers

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Java / Spring Boot experience at scale (Spring Boot 3.x) with ownership of high-throughput backend services in production
•4+ years of AWS cloud-native engineering using: EKS, ECR, S3, IAM least-privilege, AWS Secrets Manager, Terraform / Terragrunt IaC
•Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of experience in a related field (or master's with 6 years, PhD with 3 years, or 16 years with no degree)
•Strong analytical thinking, requirements analysis, software installation and support, system and technology integration, and technical troubleshooting
•Excellent collaboration, innovation, and execution skills with ability to influence across teams
