Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as dedicated recruiting support for provider partnerships and clinical support hiring managers.
  • •Source, screen, and advance candidates for provider and clinical support roles, assessing fit and articulating Sailor’s mission.
  • •Run interviews end-to-end, including scheduling, candidate communication, and day-of coordination.
  • •Own recruiting searches independently over time and eventually help hire and develop other recruiters.
  • •Contribute to building recruiting systems, templates, and processes as the team scales.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of recruiting experience in talent/recruiting roles (agency, in-house, or both).
  • •Experience recruiting for healthcare, clinical, or startup environments is a strong plus.

  • •Process-oriented mindset to ensure timely candidate responses and accurate ATS data.
  • •Strong communication skills to represent Sailor to candidates and prep hiring managers.
