Support the CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of People as an executive business partner, driving calendar management, follow-through, and high-quality written and verbal communication. Draft, edit, and proof executive materials; prepare meeting briefings; synthesize notes into action items; coordinate travel and events; and handle sensitive financial and people-related information with discretion. Key Responsibilities

•Proactively manage complex, fast-changing calendars across three executives, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time.
•Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications (calendar invites, Slack messages, memos, decks) to a consistently high standard.
•Prepare polished meeting briefing materials, including attendee bios, context, and clear agendas.
•Take notes in meetings and offsites, synthesize discussions into action items, and drive follow-through to completion.
•Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics end-to-end, and plan/run internal events and offsites.
