Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer needs and propose solutions for implementing Odoo accounting expertise.
  • •Implement agreed solutions by configuring Odoo flows and supporting/configuring development when needed.
  • •Deliver training sessions and help customers/partners become Odoo Champions while communicating project status.
  • •Manage complex accounting flows as functional lead, coordinating with CFOs and finance stakeholders to map existing processes into Odoo with fiscal compliance.
  • •Configure and refine financial reports (Balance Sheets, P&L, Tax Reports) and act as escalation for intricate accounting scenarios, feeding R&D improvements from client feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •0 to 6 years of experience in the accounting or finance sector (accountant, auditor, advanced controlling).
  • •Experience with accounting software (e.g., BOB, Exact, Winbooks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft).
  • •Minimum 2 languages: Dutch/English or French/English.
  • •Experience or strong interest in finance; solution-oriented mindset with critical, analytical thinking.
  • •Valid work permit for Belgium.
