Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Cyber Leadership Team and scale a high-performing Security Architecture group to enable secure business innovation.
•Define and govern the Enterprise Security Architecture Framework, reference architectures, and security principles across Cloud and manufacturing environments.
•Oversee the formal Security Design Assurance process and develop Gold Standard security patterns for secure-by-default product development.
•Mandate and manage the SSDLC, integrating the Security Toolchain (SAST/DAST/SCA) within CI/CD pipelines and SBOM tracking for third-party components.
•Drive threat modelling across teams, providing high-level technical consultancy and ensuring security considerations are embedded early in high-risk applications.
